What part can you play in making a difference?
You will deliver a professional service to help the two projects focused on Faster Switching and SMETs2 programmes, as well as to manage the interdependencies between the two for business and system processes.
These are time critical projects and requires extensive BA expertise to mobilise and deliver quickly.
You will perform business analysis associated with the design, development, introduction, and rollout of the SMETs2 and Faster Switching Programmes:
* Plan for the deliverables as part of integrated programme plans.
* Produce system design specification document(s).
* Data governance specifications with reporting and highlighting data integrity.
* Enhance the business ways of working defined in detail.
* Present weekly reporting and data into both programmes.
* The pace is dynamic, and we keep our offerings current to staff and customers, so there is a real passion throughout the business to do the right thing and do it well.
What do we need from you?
You will need to have previous experience as a BA and be fully versed on process mapping, risk assessment, impact analysis and you are expected to manage your workload within the targets required.
You will need to be educated to degree level or equivalent with experience as a Business Analyst in previous roles.
Experience of various Business Analysis techniques (e.g., BPM, Functional and Non–functional requirements analysis, Use Case modelling, etc) and experience in analytics, IT, energy, public sector, or consumer goods domains would be advantageous.
You will need to have experience of working with project stakeholders across various levels of the business, including senior management, executives, and 3rd party suppliers.
You will need to have a good understanding / experience within an Agile Scrum development environment.
