Assistant Director of Clinical Services (Mental Health) West Midlands Up to GBP70,000 per annum In Touch Recruitment are representing an established care group to recruit an Assistant Director of Clinical Services to join their Senior Management team within a strategic role. My client is a trusted independent provider of quality Mental Health and rehabilitation Services, with exciting growth plans for this year and beyond. Joining the company within this newly created role you will play a key role in the operational management and delivery of quality clinical services. You will take an active lead in improving service delivery, patient safety and clinical effectiveness whilst ensuring the service meet and comply with regulations set out by the CQC and Mental Health act. Responsible for the direct line management of Registered Managers and Quality Team you will be a supportive and influential leader with the ability to engage, motivate and mentor. Leading on the development and implementation new ways of working, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects including the introduction of new IT systems. To be considered for this role you will need to have previous Operational / Clinical Services Management experience working within Mental Health Care. A Registered Nursing qualification is desirable although not essential.
