My client is a leading top tier Legal 500 law firm based in Derby and is now recruiting for an experienced dispute resolution solicitor to operate on a wide range of disputes for both commercial and individual clients.
My client's specialisms include matters relating to business disputes, professional negligence, banking and finance litigation, property litigation and construction, contentious probate and inheritance disputes, as well as intellectual property litigation and insolvency.
You will join a team in Derby consisting of two partners, a senior associate, two associates and a paralegal dealing with professional negligence claims.
In order to be considered for this position, you must be 5 years PQE+, have experience in a similar position and be able to go the extra mile for your clients.
