Forward thinking progressive organisation are looking for an experienced Head of HR to join their Human Resources team. You will be responsible for the day to day operational activities alongside the HR Business Partner looking at training and development and the people element of acquisitions.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a CIPD level 5 alongside any other HR qualification but be up to dat employment law knowledge, the ability to mentor and manage and hands on training course design and leadership. You the head of HR will also have softer skills, the ability to multi task, be an active listener, and an all round nice person :-)
