Due to expansion, a Tamworth based company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its team in a newly created role. The company work alongside businesses to make the process of finding the right workspace altogether easier and more straight forward. Based in a COVID safe, clean and modern working environment at Junction 10 of the M42, in addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 25 with service and onsite car parking.

As the Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include:

Becoming the main point of contact for all office providers who utilise the company service to fill their offices.
Spearheading the project to roll out new 'Evergreen' terms of business to existing providers – clearly presenting and explaining the new terms and how they work.
Working to targets to gain acceptance of new terms under a strict set of conditions to ensure compliance.
Building relationships with key providers to ensure that the company is held as a key partner within their portfolio of brokers.
Managing any terms / legal queries and escalating where necessary.
Speaking with new providers who wish to work with the company.

We are keen to speak to people about this Business Development Manager role with the following skills and experience:

A natural people person, you must be confident in your telephone manner and be able to build relationships with customers on all levels.
Experience working in a B2B account management, BDM, customer development, new business telesales role.
Good presentation skills with the ability to explain complex terms of business across all levels.
Excellent grammatical and written English with the ability to communicate across email, social media (LinkedIn) and phone.
Computer literate, with experience of Outlook, Word, Excel and web based CRMs would be an advantage.

This is a full–time role working Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. Due to the location of the office, you will need to have your own transport.
