Head of Rewards

HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service are seeking a Head of Reward / Group Rewards Manager – up to GBP80,000
This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established multi site successful business – head office near Durham, North East of England.
You will ensure rewards, benefits, pay rates, employee benefits, bonus schemes are competitive and reflect the market trends; ppreparing Rewards presentations and reports, and modelling for the directors and senior management/ board.
You will be confident, articulate, enthusiastic and self motivated Reward specialist that has worked within a large or blue chip multi site organisation, ideally as the Group Reward Manager or similar.
The salary is very competitive and you will also receive the benefits package in line with this role.
This role may require you to travel across various sites in the UK and occasional overnight stays may be required.
