Managing Director – Business Partnerships and Commercial
Fareham
Salary: GBP65,000 – GBP70,000 plus an annually agreed PRP bonus

This Senior Leadership position will drive forward our ambitious growth in apprenticeships and adult skills training in line with the recommendations of the recent White Paper.

You will work strategically with our many employer partners to deliver the high–quality training their businesses need and you will engage with a range of stakeholders to develop further opportunities for apprenticeship and adult skills training. Your commercial acumen will enable the college to identify future funding streams and deliver successfully against a range of contracts and partnerships.
