Salary: GBP41,500 to GBP45,911 per annum

Hours: 36 per week

Contract Type: Secondment/ Fixed Term Contract ending April 2022

We're recruiting for a Housing Association Youth Network Violence Affecting Young People Project Manager to join our Community Investment team at Clarion Futures.

The role will be responsible for leading the set–up of a collective impact model to reduce violence that affects young people and communities focussing on 7 priority London Boroughs in partnership with the HAYN VAYP steering group and the Violence Reduction Unit.

Some of the key duties will include:–

• Working closely with the Housing Association Youth Network and the Violence Reduction Unit to better understand data and evidence in relation to the 7 London Boroughs
• Building a clear evidence base of current provision in line with local priorities
• Building relationships with key stakeholders in each borough to secure support
• Defining clear strategic goals that inform new local delivery models
• Completing a comprehensive plan endorsed by key stakeholders
• Developing governance and frameworks

The successful candidate will come to us with experience and expertise in relation to violence that affects young people and communities You'll have a proven track record of positive stakeholder engagement and relationship as well as experience of identifying needs and coordinating resource and delivery in hyper–local areas. Excellent organisational and project management skills are also essential for the role.
