Our client a SME services business based in the Thames Valley, require an experienced Interim Group Reporting Manager for a period of 3 months initially, to support through year-end.
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Oversee external audit process
- Resolve any compliance/technical points on the year-end reporting
- Prepare group accounts under UK GAAP
- Ensure accounts are compliant with CA and FRS 102
- Preparation of statutory accounts upon completion of group year end
- Broad knowledge of UK technical accounting areas
- Knowledge of group accounting and consolidations
