Recruitment Business Partner

We are looking for a recruiter to join our business. We are a growing construction company based in Chelmsford and are looking to take on a Recruitment Manager on a full–time basis. This is a brand–new role for the business so may change slightly over time due to business demand. We do not expect this role to be solely recruitment, but a varied role which centres around recruitment.

We are not a recruitment agency, however there may be some aspects of recruiting candidates for suppliers/contractors as we grow and develop.

Job role is based in Chelmsford City Centre, no onsite parking. However, a parking allowance may be available for the right candidate. Candidate ideally already located within Chelmsford or surrounding areas.

Key role and responsibilities for Recruitment Business Partner

* Manage the recruitment process from beginning to end,

* Liaise with MD to determine what attributes we are looking for within the candidate search,

* Recruit, Headhunt, and network with candidates to ensure that we are getting the best skillset we can for our suppliers.

* Recruit candidates and liaise with clients whilst adhering to GDPR and Data Protection regulations

* Grow, service and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.

* Identifying opportunities to increase profits.

* Maintain and grow operative numbers under the direction of Management.

Requirements for Recruitment Business Partner

* Minimum of 10+ years' experience of Recruitment within Construction Trades

* Experience of selling to clients within Construction Trades.

* Looking for a career and not just a 'job'

* Portfolio of clients or evidence of reviews from clients within the construction industry

* Passionate about 'People' and developing new business leads and candidates.

* Be present on social media from a professional prospective and to preferably have a large following on 'LinkedIn'

* Sales or recruitment qualifications are not essential but are an advantage.
