Renewable Energy Project Manager
Scotland
GBP40,000 – GBP50,000 + Remote Working + Health Insurance + Pension + Holidays
Are you an outgoing people person with experience in managing Renewable Energy projects?
Rise Energy are working with a rapidly expanding company in Scotland who are looking to take on such an individual to manage their Onshore Wind and Solar PV projects.
In this role you will be acting as Engineering Project Manager and responsible for things such as briefs, scopes, project goals, budgets, timelines, technical specifications and quality assurance during construction.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about Renewables and a confident leader, with the ability to oversee multiple aspects of multiple projects at the same time.
This role will be perfect for an highly organised individual who wants to be a part of a growing company with a great team atmosphere where they can be constantly presented with new and complex projects to get stuck in with.
The role:
* Developing and managing project briefs, scopes, goals, objectives etc.
* Formulation of project plans, budgets, timelines, schedules, risk assessments etc.
* Preparation of drawings, maps, technical specifications, scopes of work etc.
* Inspection of works, quality assurance of construction, ensuring works are carried out on time and within budget
* Weekly reports and communication to managers and stakeholders on things such as progress and budgets
The person:
* Relevant experience with either Onshore Wind or Solar projects
* NEBOSH or other H&S qualifications (desirable)
* Project Management qualification and/or Chartered or Associate Membership of relevant body
* Relevant degree level qualification in engineering discipline
* Outgoing, positive attitude to work and a confident leader
