The Change Manager will be a visionary leader, accountable for the identification and delivery of change requirements, improvements and enhancements. Being a subject matter expert in change management you will be responsible for leading, planning and the governance of all operational and strategic change within the programme, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and always enhance the customer experience.

Working hand in hand with the Programme Manager and reporting to the Regional Director you will ensure operational alignment across the team both regionally and globally.

You will primarily create and implement change management strategies that contribute to and support the overall program strategy, maximizing program office adoption and usage. You will educate the program office on benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results. As Change Manager you will act as a coach to the Program Leadership team, helping them fulfil their role as change sponsor. You will be the subject matter expert on all industry changes that will impact the acquisition of talent and collaborate with Operational Excellence on ways of working and to realise program efficiencies. You will partner closely with the AGS Global Business Services team to ensure programme alignment to best practices and new innovative ways of delighting our customer.

As the Change Manager, you will be required to focus on the following core areas:

* Own the Change management strategy as part of a project or initiative

* Contribute to the design, development, delivery and management of communications

* Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness

* Risk Identification and mitigation

* Implementation/Project Management support

* Support of the overall programme strategy and governance

* Continuous Improvement

* Supply Chain Excellence

* Ad–Hoc Project based work

This role will be vital in the successful delivery of a complex programme in a constantly changing landscape and is integral to the successful re–implementation, profitability and growth of the overall programme
