Finance Manager (Property Development)

Your new company
A leading UK property development business who have a big focused on growing their own asset portfolio away from property management. The company are owned by a large group and are looking to scale up significantly in the next few years.

Your new role
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role will be looking exclusively at the companies development portfolio and would be suited to an experienced professional with development experience and relevant accounting and tax work.

Duties

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Consolidation of entities and group accounting work
• CIS returns
• Business partnering with divisional heads of department
• Analysis
• Process improvement
• Staff management

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with property development experience who has the desire to contribute to a growing business.
