As part of the ongoing evolution of their finance team, this multi-channel retailer is looking to recruit a Head of Management Accounts who will lead and inspire a capable team of qualified and part-qualified accountants and assistants.
The business has a very strong, nationwide, retail estate and their online divisions experienced extremely high growth in 2020.
This role offers multiple opportunities for CV growth which will include the management and development of a sizeable team, evolution of the Finance Business Partnering function, a systems implementation (super-user possibilities) and multiple opportunities for much wider process improvement.
Within the monthly cycle of accounting there is scope for increased efficiency but beyond the routine, we need a candidate whose enthusiasm and curiosity will inspire others and allow finance to evolve into a more integrated business partner throughout the UK operation.
Applicants need to have a genuine interest in managing and developing people. Alongside your formal qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) you will have an eye for detail and demonstrate a natural curiosity, genuine positivity and a can-do attitude.
Working as part of a focused and experienced leadership team you will be highly visible within the organisation and will have the opportunity to learn from industry and sector experts.
