Job Title: Business Development Manager – Industrial Doors Services

Industry Sector: Industrial, Food Production, Pharmaceutical, IT, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, Large Retailers and Manufacturers, Main Contractors, Industrial doors, Entrance systems

Area to be covered: 40–50 miles from Birmingham

Remuneration: GBP27,000–GBP34,000 + GBP15,000 – GBP20,000 Bonus

The role of the Industrial Doors Services Area Sales Manager will involve:

• Field sales position, selling a comprehensive range of industrial doors services including repair, maintenance and if necessary the industry door itself
• Focusing on end user projects within numerous markets including: Retail, Manufacturing, Food production, Pharmaceutical, IT and Quality Engineering
• Generating a minimum of GBP500k of Turnover in your 1 st year progressing to GBP1,000,000 in the 2 nd year.
• Following up on self generated leads through your own dedicated contacts within the industrial door market
• New business role, pioneering for new projects by utilizing your existing client base
• Dealing with project values ranging from GBP10k – GBP200k

The ideal applicant will be an Industrial Doors Services Area Sales Manager with:

?? Must have demonstrable field sales track record within the industrial door services marketplace

?? Must have the ability to hit the ground running, hence contacts within end users markets will be required; r etail, manufacturing, food production, pharmaceutical, IT and quality engineering etc.
