About the Role
The commercial department have a reputation for offering high quality, intelligent commercial advice to a range of clients with large property portfolios. They are looking for an experienced solicitor with a solid track record in handling a range of commercial property transactions. You will be taking on a busy caseload of:
- Preparation of leases, sub leases, lease extensions and renewals, surrenders, licences, notices and other landlord and tenant documentation
- Advising on the acquisition and disposal of land and property including drafting contracts
- Advising on refinancing and loan documentation
- Advising on business asset sales and purchases
Candidate Requirements
They are interested in seeing the CV's of associate solicitors with 3-5 years relevant experience of working within the commercial real estate sector and who have worked for a similar status practice. You will need to show business acumen, a strong team ethos and modern business approach.
