Interim Commercial Contracts Counsel - 2PQE - 6 months

A FTSE 250 listed HR business with a global presence, operating in over 25 countries. An established presence, operating for over 40 years, this company has a huge London presence.
Your new role
The role requires a commercial lawyer to join the team to assist with an increase in workload, which has come about through the upcoming IR35 legislative changes. As a result, the role will heavily involve the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, with key considerations given to indemnities and liabilities.
What you'll need to succeed
The role is looking for a 2+ PQE UK or common law qualified solicitor, who is confident and adept with handling stakeholders. A can-do attitude, with a willingness to get stuck in.
