We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources Department. This role is a based in our Administration Building in central London (close to regents park & baker street tube stations). Job DescriptionAs HR Business Partner you will work in partnership with Senior Managers across the Clinical Services Directorate in order to embed a strategic approach to Human Resources through the development of people, policies and ways of working.Job Type: (Full Time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility of working from home)Hours: Monday– Friday within the core hours of 9am – 5.30pm.Salary: Highly competitiveBenefits package: We offer a comprehensive package including a contributory pension scheme (total annual contribution up to 20%), Private Medical Healthcare, 33 days annual leave (inclusive), as well as a wide range of other benefits. Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide clear and expert advice on a range of HR issues including best practice, legislation, and the analysis and interpretation of data, and ensure designated business areas are aware of market conditions likely to impact on staff recruitment and business development prospectsWork with Senior Managers to implement Strategic Workforce Planning ensuring there is a clear rationale for the change and that the changes are aligned to the company and HR objectives.Proactively support and embed the delivery of succession planning and leadership development whilst ensuring robust plans are in place and reviewed regularly.Act as a coach to individual managers and teams to ensure leadership behaviour is aligned to the Clinic's values; enabling leaders and senior managers to deal successfully with people management issues, develop their capability in effective performance management, employee engagement, talent development and retention. Skills & ExperienceExtensive experience of operating in a business partner model, working with local managers to create positive business outcomes.MCIPD, or equivalent educational achievement (Level 7) plus experience is desirable.Significant experience of workforce planning and implementing complex change projects from a clinical/healthcare environment with a strong focus on achieving business outcomes.Ability to present sound and well–reasoned arguments to convince others. Can draw from a range of strategies to persuade people in a way that results in agreement or behaviour change.
