Dealer Principal / Commercial Vehicle Franchise Manager

Our Client, a well–known Dealer Group based in the South West are currently seeking an experienced Dealer Principal / Franchise Manager for their Multi–Site Business.
The dealer group is committed to supporting HGV operators and customers, you will be overseeing the day–to–day responsibilities with overall brand responsibility of sites in the South West.
Reporting to the Managing Director your focus will be to provide brand and business support to achieve the company's objectives.
You will be accountable for all aspects of the market area, fostering customer and manufacturer relationship, introducing marketing strategies to improve performance, controlling finance and people management.
You must have strong leadership skills as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team, while ensuring policies, processes and legislation are adhered to and customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised.
As the successful Dealer Principal / Commercial Vehicle Franchise Manager, you will be required to:
– Initiate the driving the performance of the departments to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectives
– Have excellent Leadership & performance management skills
– Have The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
– Good Business & financial acumen
– A flexible and adaptable approach
– A Full UK Manual Driving Licence
– Great Computer literacy
