Our client is a fast–moving, dynamic company who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a 6–month basis. They require the appointed HR Business Partner to work well under pressure, as they'll be working for a rapidly changing organisation.

As a recognised leader in engineering, this a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a growing, and developing business. The successful HR Business Partner will work remotely, but there will be a requirement to visit the office from time to time. When on–site free parking will be provided.

The appointed HR Business Partner will also need to be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

A significant element of this role is about successfully managing organisational change, so it is vital that as a HR Business Partner you have proven experience of TUPE, mergers, and acquisitions and the challenges these issues present.
You will play a pivotal role in embedding new services and shaping the culture of the organisation.

Have HR Manager/HR Business Partner experience
