Behind our fantastic frontline team, we have a team of experts, working to support the continued delivery of patient care and industry leading innovation.And, whatever department you join us in, you'll provide the specialist support which enables our practice teams to focus on what they do best, look after our patients.The RoleThe Purpose of this role is to work closely with our North West regional Management team to build capability, improve performance and to support the team to achieve their business plan.As the HR Business Partner for the region you will act as a conduit between your operations colleagues and the HR function.Key AccountabilitiesEffective management of key stakeholders through building strong relationships, influencing and providing solutionsFacilitating maintenance of management talent and succession plansDriving a performance management culture ensuring appraisals and development plans are in placeSupporting the Director of Region in agreeing individual Area Development Manager development plansSupporting with project implementationSupporting the business to achieve its staffing budget in line with staffing modelsCoach and support Area Development Managers and Practice Managers on effective Clinician contract managementWhat will I be expected to achieve?To build strong relationships with the operational team in the North West including the Director of region and 9 Area Development ManagersProvide commercial HR advice during monthly business reviewsTo ensure that the business and HR agenda is cascaded and briefed to operational teams and landed in line with expectationsTo support the business through the ongoing impact of the Covid–19 pandemic and to keep up to date with any changes in policy and procedureWhat skills do I need?Experience within a similar regional based role within a fast–paced multisite organisationProven experience within a commercially driven role with direct influence on business decisionsProven experience of managing stakeholders and influencing middle and senior ManagersFlexible and resilient approachOrganised and adaptable within a changeable environmentExperience of training delivery and facilitationLevel 7 CIPD qualification is desiredSalary: Competitive + Car AllowanceContract: ?????????????????????This role is a 12 month fixed term contract covering MaternityLocation: North WestCovering our North West, Central and NI region including Northern Ireland, Lancashire, Manchester, Cheshire, Liverpool, Staffordshire, Sheffield, Lincolnshire & Nottingham.Apply!
