Group Financial Controller

On an exclusive basis, greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Group Financial Controller to work with an acquisitive, growing manufacturer based in Walsall.
In this newly created role, reporting into the MD for the group, duties will include:
*day to day responsibility for running the finance function & team across multiple sites
*staff management
*monthly management accounts and presenting to board
*submission of HMRS related returns and payments
*responsibility for day to day relationship with the bank
*weekly cash management, cash collection and working capital management
*Group VAT returns
*Payroll and pension management
*Budgets and forecasts
*Supporting the board on other aspects of the business including due diligence
Skills, Requirements, Qualifications
*Fully Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA
*Strong technical accountant with commercial awareness
*Ambition to grow with the business into board level position
*Manufacturing/ Engineering experience
*Strong Stakeholder management
