Office based 2 days a week (Birmingham)The Role: As a Business Development Manager you will be in the field three days a week, and office based for the other two. You will be covering the South East Territory– from Oxford to Chelmsford, Cambridge to Brighton. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, upselling and cross selling where possible. You will be generating and developing leads and negotiating with decision makers form a variety of industries. Working across a variety of sectors including Automotive, Manufacturing and Process, dealing with Operations and Procurement managers– with a Massive opportunity to move across the group. Currently seeking a talented Key account manager to manage Multi–Million–pound account base. The company works with clients in a vast range of sectors from automotive/ manufacturing/ food and beverage and Pharmaceutical to name a few. This will allow great commercial exposure to a variety of different sectors whilst undertaking the role.

You have 3+ years of B2B sales or Account management experience.
You have a methodical approach to sales, have experience nurturing prospects over a long sales cycle
You come from a solution selling background.
You have previous success in a field base sales role/Account Management role.
You are a relationship builder.
You are commercially minded
