Our client is a reputable contractor who specialise in the refurbishment and maintenance of commercial buildings. One of their main client's is London Underground Ltd, and they currently have an exciting opening for a Project Manager.
This position would be a full time role and based out of their offices in Essex.
Criteria:
Formal qualifications relevant to project/construction management
London Underground/Rail experience essential
Previous experience as a Project Manager
Extensive knowledge of the rail/construction market
Strong IT, communication, planning skills
