My client is a hyper–growth business who is rapidly expanding their operations & identified a need for Head of Final Mile Operations to join their organisation. You will have a hunger for growth & a track record of creating, implementing & developing businesses processes relating to final mile logistics.
Responsibilities
Use data to improve the allocations on shifts, ensuring average delivery time is met
Build strong teams across all fulfilment sites
Ensure and maintain top level delivery services are achieved
Implement scalable processes for onboarding new couriersRequirements
Prior experience working in a high–growth start–up with the mentality that this brings
Designed & Implemented new processes which can scale
Have held budgetary responsibilities
Strong commercial acumen
Experience managing large teamsClient information
