This is a confidential but potentially highly lucrative opportunity with a Partner level appointment which brings challenge and reward.
My client is going through nationwide growth and no client following is required. You should be from a residential or commercial property background - or possibly have experience of both of these.
You will be a leader, able to mentor staff and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
You will be running your own caseload as well as retaining, managing and securing clients.
Ideal candidate will have:
·6 years + PQE
·strong background of dealing with commercial and residential conveyancing
·excellent skills in retaining and managing clients
·have experience in managing teams
·ambitious and dynamic individual
·resilience to working under pressure
