Business Services Senior Manager / Director - Pathway to Partnership - Large Independent firm

They have a culture of professional development and are very client focused. Due to continued opportunities within their Business Services team, they are looking for a Senior Manager/Director.
Your new role
As Business Services Senior Manager / Director, you will split your time between the management of key client relationships, and the overseeing of teams of qualified and Junior Accountants, providing developmental support and reviewing technical issues. There is scope for you to work on some technical areas if desired, but this level is more about people and client management and supporting the continued growth of the firm.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be ACA/ACCA qualified, with at least 5 years post-qualification experience. You should be able to demonstrate experience of managing a portfolio of clients and be commercially minded and keen to progress and keep developing.
