Governance & regulations within housing care & support
Experience in working effectively and compassionately with people with complex and challenging needs
Ability to work effectively with minimum direct supervision
Experience of managing staff
Well–developed problem solving, influencing & organisational skills
Experience of working collaboratively with contractors, external organisations and tenants
Experience of managing contracts
Overseeing property services including; asset management, repairs & compliance
Performance reviews of regional property teams
Strategic view of voids & property fill rates
Rents & service chargeProfile

Operated at a senior level for a public sector residential provider
Background in managing care & support properties
