YOUR OPPORTUNITY: Joining the new Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to secure high value commercial partnerships, build strong business processes and engage with industry to build value and enhance sustainability. You will contribute to commercial growth strategy development, play a part in refining business development ideas, process and implementation, and the commercialisation of services and products. As the team grows, you may be involved in mentoring new team members and potentially take on line management responsibilities.

This is a key hire for the company and a really exciting opportunity to be part of this business at a significant inflection point influencing its future.

WHO ARE YOU?

You will have the experience or aptitude to:

* Build strong relationships from senior level down within customer and partner businesses.

* Understand and develop commercial partnership models.

* Drive focussed customer target categorisations by sector, size and brand.

* Take the lead on key industrial sectors.

* Self–manage, convert and cultivate customers on a recurring commercial relationship basis.

* Connect with previous customers and research new aspirational customers to engage effectively and develop and initiate new/follow–on business.

* Manage key stakeholders within Tribosonics and customers/partners to create a team effort to drive opportunities from initiation and through the sales cycle to sign off.

Location – The Tribosonics office is based in Sheffield, but today's virtual world allows us to be flexible. We are more interested in hiring great people than where you live, although we will expect you to be able to visit the office and spend time with the team.
