Due to exciting growth we are now looking for a Head of Client Services to join our Management team in this strategic, client–facing role. This is a newly created role, so the successful candidate will have an opportunity to really make it their own and make a significant impact on the future and growth of the agency. It would be perfect for someone who feels ready to take that step up from an Account role!

Velstar is a Shopify Plus agency, and we partner with brands to help them grow, we also do the same with our people!

We're based in Liverpool but as the recent world has taught us location shouldn't limit us, so we're open to candidates who wish to work remotely too.

Reporting directly to the CEO you'll be responsible for building up the client services department including processes and success metrics. You'll work with the CEO and Operations Director to build a strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth plans.

You'll be fully responsible for ensuring our clients received the very best service end to end as well as being aware of the full suite of services Velstar can offer, and can build long term relationships with us.

You'll also be part of the pitch teams ensuring we dissect and respond to briefs accurately, timely and successfully.
You
You'll have an excellent understanding of e–commerce and digital marketing and be able to demonstrate a strong history of success in this industry.

Naturally with this role, you'll thrive on building relationships and also be able to handle challenges that might come your way.

You'll be an excellent self starter and also brilliant working in a team as you'll be liaising closely with the project teams to ensure successful delivery.

You'll have a finger on the pulse mentality always staying on top of industry trends, new tools, apps, etc so that you can share with our clients to help them succeed.
