Area Sales Manager – Industrial Doors Services
Job Title: Business Development Manager – Industrial Doors Services
Industry Sector: Industrial, Food Production, Pharmaceutical, IT, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, Large Retailers and Manufacturers, Main Contractors, Industrial doors, Entrance systems
Area to be covered: 40–50 miles from Birmingham
Remuneration: GBP27,000–GBP34,000 + GBP15,000 – GBP20,000 Bonus
Benefits: Car + full benefits package
The role of the Industrial Doors Services Area Sales Manager will involve:
* Field sales position, selling a comprehensive range of industrial doors services including repair, maintenance and if necessary the industry door itself
* Focusing on end user projects within numerous markets including: Retail, Manufacturing, Food production, Pharmaceutical, IT and Quality Engineering
* Generating a minimum of GBP500k of Turnover in your 1st year progressing to GBP1,000,000 in the 2nd year.
* Following up on self generated leads through your own dedicated contacts within the industrial door market
* New business role, pioneering for new projects by utilizing your existing client base
* Dealing with project values ranging from GBP10k – GBP200k
The ideal applicant will be an Industrial Doors Services Area Sales Manager with:
* Must have demonstrable field sales track record within the industrial door services marketplace
* Must have the ability to hit the ground running, hence contacts within end users markets will be required; retail, manufacturing, food production, pharmaceutical, IT and quality engineering etc.
* New business hunter
* Incredibly pro–active, driven and motivated
* Commercial acumen, resilient
