Job Profile for Business Development Manager HVAC – BM(phone number removed)
Business Development Manager / Sales Manager required for our client a well–established Air Conditioning Service provider; they are looking to appoint an Area Sale Manager to develop sales of service and maintenance contracts as well as new projects within the HVAC industry.
The role requires a BDM or Sales Manager with previous experience selling service and maintenance contracts within Midlands and surrounding areas, to contractors, FM companies and the hotel and leisure industry as well as Government properties . This is an integral role to the business and they are seeking a high–calibre candidate who can help take the business to the next level.
The successful candidate is likely to have worked in a Sales role previously and have either building service industry experience, specific air conditioning / refrigeration experience is desirable.
Business Development Manager HVAC Position Overview
To develop and increase sales of service and maintenance contracts
Develop client list of Contractors, Consultants and End Users such as Hotels, Care homes ect.
Create and develop a targeted business plan, to drive sales
Work closely with Engineers to ensure all service agreements and new product installations meet agreed timescales.

Service & New project Sales experience
Proven experience of working and succeeding in a target–driven BDM role
Knowledge of the HVAC industry
Covering London and the Home Counties
Full Driving Licence

Salary Dependent on experience GBP30k (55–60k OTE)
