As one of the regions leading main contractors we are looking to appoint a senior and highly experienced construction professional to join our team of senior management.
The individual will be responsible to the Board of Directors for providing oversight to all areas relating to Technical Compliance. Establish and implement a strategy that ensures the company complies with all latest Statutory Regulations and Industry Standards. Establish and implement a strategy that provides Best Practice Guides across a variety of sectors (multiroom, commercial, industrial etc) and key issues (fire, acoustics etc). Provide an upskilling strategy for the current workforce.
In order to achieve this the individual will be responsible for orchestrating an agile, collaborative and highly innovative network of specialist consultants, researchers and construction professionals
