Employment Litigator - 6 months
Your new company
A leading US insurer with an especially strong UK presence and operating in over 20 countries. This part of the business focuses on their legal advisory offering.
Your new role
This role focuses on offering their clients and business partners with regards to contentious employment law matters, such as employment disputes prior to the issue of proceedings, such as ACAS early conciliation and providing legal opinion on prospective cases. The candidate will also be conducting Employment Tribunals on behalf of the clients, as well as being a point of contact for stakeholders within the business on employment law,
What you'll need to succeed
The role would require a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years PQE as a guideline, and given the nature of the work and clients, will also need to be a clear and confident stakeholder manager, with experience of it in the past.
Strong employment experience from an in-house environment would be especially suitable.
