HR Talent Business Partner–GBP240–GBP246 per day

A global advertising and media firm require a HR leader with experience within advertising/marketing or communications to be a key and influential leader to their UK business and sit within the people team.
Ideal candidates must have:
Excellent understanding of UK employment eligibility, gender pay gap reporting and data protection regulation
Strong working knowledge of current employment law and up to date with new legislation
Degree educated or equivalent/and or higher diploma in HR management (CIPD preferable)
Strong project management skills–deliver and measure projects and programmes simultaneously Experience overseeing and updating services agreements and terms of business
Hold excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A strategic thinker with the ability to draw data, analyse, prioritise, generate ideas and make proposals If you are a highly organised, detailed originated, change leader who is determined to get the job done, has the ability to build and maintain strong strategic and operational relationships–please send your CV forward ASAP
