Head of Finance

Greenwell Gleeson is working exclusively with a fast growing manufacturing and distribution business. Working as the No 1 finance person on site you will be tasked with producing the end to end reporting and subsequent monthly reporting packs for the overall business for both senior management as well as reporting into Group. You will work closely with the operations and commercial teams to help drive plant performance and maximise profitability to understand the key cost and revenue drivers, analysing performance and work in partnership to maintain and improve margins. Finally you need to be able to motive and develop the finance team. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a good grounding in accounts, experience of managing the end to end finance reporting of a business and demonstrate adaptability, strong communication and analysis skills. Final experience in manufacturing is essential with experience of SAP and working in a group structure is highly desirable.
