Funds lawyer (SG admitted), 2-4 PQE, Global firm - Singapore
A great opportunity to work with in the busy investment funds practice of a large and pioneering international law firm's burgeoning Singapore office.
The role will involve advising on private fund matters including formations, investments, and regulatory issues, especially in the technology, real estate, PE/VC space. Experience is this area is therefore required.
You are must be admitted as a lawyer in Singapore, and practicing at a top local or international firm. A strong academic background (ie. minimum 2 degree) is a requirement. Regional language skills are an advantage.
