Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a leading international organisation with expanding operations in the finance world across multiple geographical markets.
Role
The organisation has its HQ in centralLondon and you will also be able to undertake significant elements ofremote/flexible working.
You will undertakean extremely varied in-house legal role, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and adviseon a huge varietyof day to day all-roundlegal and commercial issues including in respect of DP and IP.
You will report directly into the Head of Legal.
Youwill be rewarded with a highly lucrativeremuneration package.
You
You will be a qualified lawyer with approximately 3-8years' PQE and you will also have some prior in-house experience. You will have acquired significant prior experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and will also have had some prior exposure to DP related issues. Any prior experience of the finance sector and/or of working on matters in relation developing markets would be advantageous but isn't essential.
