Your new role
Your role will include:
Mapping the risk control and compliance requirements of the company
Introducing, implementing and embedding a new risk framework in a fast- changing environment
Maintaining the risk registers
Liaising with and advising senior stakeholders on risk issues, mitigating risks and enabling practical commercial decision-making
Working towards and maintaining accreditations in ISO standards
Training of all employees on risk and compliance requirements
Maintaining and updating all risk policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
You will have successfully implemented a new Risk framework in to an organisation(s) in the past and have broad risk and compliance experience
You may come from a finance, legal, operations or pure risk and compliance background - A relevant qualification would be advantageous.
You need to be happy working in a fast-paced and constantly changing entrepreneurial environment and culture
Ideally you will have International exposure and the ability to balance commercial considerations against risk, finding practical solutions to mitigate risk
You will have worked in a regulated environment
You will need to be available to start at short notice - a maximum of 1 month's notice
