Project Manager
Our client are one of the UK's largest privately–owned construction & property developers predominantly operating across the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. They have a requirement for a Project Manager to deliver a large GBP50m multi–use mixed development project in Liverpool.
Duties to include:
?? Help oversee project from inception through to completion
?? Ensure works are completed to current building regulations and H&S compliant
?? Construction programme updates as and when required
?? Weekly client/project team meetings
?? Liaise with Clients/Site Teams & Subcontractors
?? Budget management and controlling project costs
