Associate Director – Project Management | Uncapped Progression
London | GBP70,000 – GBP80,000 + generous bonus
Tired of feeling like another "bum in a seat" within a corporate giant? Or maybe you aren't part of a large firm but feel that your efforts, work ethic and long hours to complete deadlines are going un–noticed?

The firm have a great presence and brand, they have been established for 20 years and work with some major clients including Investors, Funds, and Occupiers. You will also gain exposure to a real blend of sectors including commercial Cat A / Cat B, high end residential, PRS, mixed use, and industrial on schemes up to GBP60million.
From day one you will lead a GBP20million scheme with one of the firms must long standing clients. As well as this you'll be involved in business strategy, developing existing and new relationships, and mentoring the more junior members of the team. You are also expected to reach Director level within the next year or so, with no caps on your development from there.
You will also work autonomously, with flexible working offering home working up to 3 days a week post pandemic. The firm also offer a generous salary, as well as an extremely competitive bonus structure for you to truly reap the rewards from your hard work.
Requirements:
* MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM (desired)
* A track record of leading teams and/or business developing
* Strong Commercial/Residential experience (desired)
* 5–7 years consultancy experience
