Turnitin is looking for a Sales Enablement professional with demonstrated experience in creating a strategy for effective learning content, engagement across teams and delivering results to a sales specific audience. The candidate will partner with the sales organisation to define the enablement strategy which will fast track the transformation to a world class selling organisation through process and tools, people and education. The candidate will have experience in services & as–a–service sales and/or sales consultancy and demonstrative leadership experience with strong stakeholder management, and a good understanding of what is needed to drive and close services business within a successful sales organisation. The candidate will also be responsible for the global enablement content and services required to empower the enablement team to deliver outstanding curriculum and experiences.

* Create and execute the sales enablement strategy at Turnitin including education, tools, process and systems focused on equipping the sales team to be successful in their role.

* Establish objectives and metrics to measure success of the strategy.

* Create partnerships and collaborate with regional go to market leadership to prioritize the areas of focus for their sales teams and ongoing needs and establish an ongoing sales competency framework to ensure consistency.

* Own the sales process to ensure that it adequately maps the customer lifecycle and is enabling maximum sales velocity.

* Define a comprehensive onboarding and certification process for new sales reps and have defined success metrics to demonstrate competencies.

* Develop a continuous sales training and development programme in order to upskill the Go to Market regional teams, which provides a consistent, but locally appropriate experience, in collaboration with Regional VPs.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product marketing, selling operations and product teams to work collaboratively to improve sales participation and productivity.

* Deliver a modern and effective field communications strategy for delivery of education, sharing of best practices and to reinforce learning.

* Work with the selling operations team to build a best in class technology stack needed to deliver on the sales enablement strategy.

* Lead the enablement services team and create a structure to support regional teams.

* Build and manage a content lifecycle process including creating and delivery

* Manage the Sales Enablement budget

* 40% travel (when travel resumes)

* Support and encourage the development of the Sales Enablement team

* Play an active role in the Customer Experience leadership team, contributing to innovation across the department

* Support the Sales Enablement team in creating best in class content
