Finance Business Partner

A fantastic opportunity has arisen as a Finance Business Partner to join a well–known company based in High Wycombe.

Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop a finance team.
Prepare full profit & loss account with analysis and commentary, balance sheet and cash flow and project profitability reporting.
Prepare budgets, forecasts and five–year plans for the business unit, aiding decision making.
Business Partner with operational management, providing key metrics and analysis required for commercial decision making.
Support the commercial team
Recommend and prepare financial business cases for investment, capital expenditure and change programmes.
Oversee capex forecasting and monthly reporting.
Adhoc projectsRequirements:

Qualified accountant ACA / ACMA / ACCA with over 3 years PQE
Confident individual who is commercial astute with the ability to challenge and communicate recommendations to senior management
