Interim Head of Health and Safety

A Central London based University are seeking an Interim Head of Health and Safety to lead their in–house team. Reporting to the Director of Estates, the post will lead the delivery and development of the University's strategy in addition to day to day auditing and governance. The post holder will be responsible for both the strategy and implementation of health and safety.

Will suit individuals who enjoying leading the continuing design, delivery and embedding of an effective health and safety culture within the University by working with the senior leadership team across departments. You will be expected to source expert advice and support to ensure a full strategic health and safety thinking across the organisation.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience of providing health and safety advisory services with expert knowledge of all aspects of current legalisation. You will ideally be a corporate member of IOSH with a demonstrable track record in report writing. This role will suit professionals who enjoy operating across complex and diverse multi–site portfolios.
