An opportunity has arisen for a 'Part Time Finance Director' within a growing Healthcare Consultancy based in central London. With operations both in the UK and overseas the business focuses on sustainability, healthcare planning. Property, capital development and technology.

Remit

Reporting to the CEO the this is a broad Finance Director position and is part of the senior management team. It is a permanent part time position circa 2–3 days a week.

* Manage and lead the finance team

* Support the CEO with business & strategic planning

* Present financial information to senior management

* Manage the budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and financial analysis

* Tax planning & VAT

* Liaise with third parties, suppliers and advisors and auditors

* Compliance and regulatory

* Support with broader commercial & operational projects

The Requirement

* Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA or equivalent

* Several years' experience at board level

* Experience within a consultancy, science or healthcare sector

* Excellent communication & presentation skills

* Good working knowledge of the public sector, including technical knowledge and understanding the requirements of healthcare, life sciences or higher education
