EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Team4You are proud to be working with an award–winning client in Newtown, Powys, who specialise in vehicle tracking software.

Due to substantial growth, I'm excited to announce that i'm recruiting for a US Distribution Business Development Manager to establish themselves as the driving force for the US Distribution Team.

The US Distribution Business Development Manager will be responsible for increasing sales through new business acquisition, whilst encouraging and developing relationships with current distributors.

Basic Salary of GBP28,000 per annum +Bonus Incentive

This role will be based in–office however, the opportunity for flexible remote–working is available on a part–time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Growth and development of the US market

* Regular liaison with distributors, sharing knowledge on products

* Responsible for the US Distribution Sales Team in the UK and in the US

* Monitor team activity, ensure KPIs are met and sales procedures are followed

* Ensure distributors are onboarded efficiently

* Work with the marketing team to provide training

* Lead by example by getting involved in sales and acquiring new business

* Give demonstrations of software to potential distributors and clients

* Attend exhibitions to promote the company, product and brand

* Account management of existing clients

* Strategic implementation and input into marketing, specifically client attraction

Working closely with, and reporting to, the COFO. This role has been created to drive the strategy for increasing the distribution channel in the US.

Skills, Expertise and Experience:

* The ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships

* The ability to lead by example by getting involved in sales activity, specifically new business acquisition

* Target driven, money motivated and goal orientated

* Relevant business to business sales experience (knowledge and experience in the telematics market would be advantageous)

Due to the international aspect of this exciting opportunity, the hours of work are Monday to Friday 14:30 – 23:00 (UK Time Zone), and although this role will be based in–office, the opportunity for flexible remote–working is available on a part–time basis
