There is huge demand in the sector for new & innovative tech to help drive productivity & efficiencies within business. This is a high–profile role within a growing business reporting straight into the Chief Exec. You will be the key link between all internal teams, driving collaboration & engagement throughout the business. You will have a demonstratable history of managing diverse global workforces & passion for working with people.
Responsibilities
Design, implement & drive the business strategy
Set detailed goals aimed at driving performance & growth
Establish best practise for the business that promote company values & culture
Oversee & manage daily operations for the business
Drive engagement & performance through the teams
Monitor & analyse business performance promoting a results driven culture
Manage relationships with any vendors/partners
Drive expansion activities inc. investments, acquisitions partnerships .Requirements
Demonstratable track record for as a senior leader within B2B SaaS (Desirable) or similar sector (Required)
Understanding of Logistics & Supply Chain sector
Experience or understanding of working in a tech start up
Comprehensive understanding of strategic planning
Experience in organising & running fundraisers
Good understanding of how to collect & analyse data relating to business performance
Exceptional Leadership skills
Degree or Masters in a relevant fieldClient information
