I am recruiting for interim Project Manager to join a Local Authority in North London. You will be joining a team to deliver a portfolio of council new build projects and schemes leading on all elements of development from feasibility to completion and contributes to achieving the council's corporate objective of building 550 new homes by 2022/23 and the pipeline beyond.
You must have New Build Project Management experience with experience of working in a development role in either another LA or RP would be desirable.
