The team covers a wide range of commercial disputes including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, warranty claims, partnership disputes, and defamation, amongst other areas. The successful applicant will have between 3 and 6 years' PQE and will have trained at a regional, national or City law firm rated for its commercial offering.
