Key responsibilities:
Leading a team of HR Managers and HR Advisors to provide professional HR advice.
Build a strong working relationship with all areas of the business.
Develop, coach and mentor the HR team ensuring a well–motived team.
Provide personnel guidance on complex cases .
Required Experience:
Must have at least have experience in the same or a similar role.
Knowledge and experience of TUPE
Ability to build effective working relationships across the business
